Remove branches within 10 feet of your chimney and dead branches overhanging your roof. Remove dead leaves and needles from your roof and gutters. Install a fire resistant roof. Contact your local fire department for current roofing requirements.

What does it mean when the contractor "subs out" my roof installation or repair work?
Some contractors sell your job to a sub-contractor who does the work for a small percentage of the price you paid. You should be specifically told if the contractor intends to subcontract the work and get a guarantee that the subcontractor is qualified to do the work. All Seasons does not sub out work.
